Yoga with Nina

My classes are very focused on individual needs. In studio or online, you will be encouraged to work at your own pace and work mindfully with your body. Ensuring you are moving without creating further tension.

The aim is to spend time getting to know your body better, find a space for relaxation, move, stretch tight areas and strengthen weaker areas. Connecting mind and body, helping you to relax and be good to yourself.

I am a fully qualified Yoga teacher, Myofascial Release practioner, qualified meditation teacher, trained in the discipline of Thai yoga massage and mindfulness.  My approach is bringing together all these wonderful tools to support people in their day to day lives and challenges we face.

The things I like most about yoga is there is no such thing as being bad at it, the joy of yoga is the journey that you begin between you and yourself.

You don’t need any particular skills and you certainly don’t need to be flexible; we work with whatever we bring to the mat on any given day or time.  Yes, flexibility will increase along with the many other benefits of yoga, but it really is about the journey not the destination.

Online Yoga

Online – Freedom to do Yoga anytime, anywhere as often as you like.

Enjoy the flexibility of practicing in your own space to fully immerse yourself in your practice. Live sessions available for those who prefer structured times to practice, recordings are available as part of your fees to top up your practice and have the flexibility to practice when it works for you around work, family, life commitments. You will never have to miss a practice.

In person Yoga

When you want to boost your online practice with some face-to-face time, feel like popping in for a lovely flexible yoga session, create a tailored practice or dedicate a whole day or weekend to yourself, you will find all you need here.

“Pop Up” sessions are a great way to enhance your online practice or begin your yoga journey. Dates and times will differ, venues will include studio-based sessions and in the park “pop up” sessions when mother nature invites us.

1-2-1 & Private Yoga

A great way to create space & time for yourself. To develop & tailor your practice to your particular needs. 

1-2-1’s & Private Yoga

1-2-1’s and 2-2-1 sessions are completely bespoke and will enhance your own practice or can be a great way to build confidence before you join a group session. They also allow a particular focus e.g., mindfulness, meditation, beathing techniques, stress management, increase strength etc…

I will work closely with you to plan out what you are wanting from your yoga. I have experience in supporting people in their rehabilitation from injury, any kind of surgery including recovery during and after cancer treatment.

I am qualified in Myofascial release technique which compliments yoga wonderfully bringing this into our time together to really work with your own specific needs. To book a tailored fully bespoke yoga session

Group Yoga

Bespoke Group yoga session – if you have a group of friends who would like a special treat and to focus on some “me time”, whilst enjoying the company of friends, you can have a personalised group yoga session in your own garden or appropriate space.  Sessions can be either shorter class style or mini retreat including meditation, mindfulness and yoga Nidra

Bring some calm and re energise in the workplace – great for busy people who would like a regular boost or a one-off session during or at the end of their day.
