Online – Freedom to do Yoga anytime, anywhere as often as you like.

Yoga any time any place anywhere! Don’t let your busy life get in the way of your practice, Enjoy the flexibility of practicing in your own space to fully immerse yourself in your practice. 

Live sessions available for those who prefer structured times to practice, recordings are available as part of your fees to top up your practice and have the flexibility to practice when it works for you around work, family, life commitments. You will never have to miss a practice.

Recorded sessions include full length yoga sessions and shorter “Yoga Snacks” to help you re energise through your day, focus on a particular part of the body or you just don’t have enough time for a full session.

Sessions are warm, friendly and open to all levels.  You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and work mindfully with your body.

My style will guide you through the session with particular attention to how your body moves and what feels right.  Checking in with yourself regularly to ensure you practice mindfully with awareness of differing energies and needs each time you approach the mat.

I care a lot about our yogi community and pride myself on a personal service for each of my students. Whether you practice regularly, returning to your practice or just beginning you will be most welcome and catered for in my sessions.

1-2-1 & Alignment "check in" session

Book a “check in” session to focus on your personal alignment needs. The session will be 30 mins and take more of a practical workshop approach, so you get the most out of the session. These sessions differ from a full 1-2-1 which takes you through a full practice in addition to giving you time to explore your own personal alignment or adjustment needs.

Without the need to arrive at a studio at a certain time, online yoga allows you to select the time of day that suits you to practice. Whether you prefer a morning practice or evening practice, the ability to roll out your mat at any given time offers a great amount of freedom and allows you to commit to your practice in a way that is simple and easy. You can even take your practice with you on holiday!

Practice from the comfort of your own home, benefit of not needing to rush out the door, find a parking spot, call up a babysitter, or worry about what your yoga attire may look like! With yoga literally at your fingertips, there is every reason to embrace yoga in your daily life.

A unique benefit that a studio class could never offer, the pause button! Taking a little extra time in postures or poses that you are working towards or pausing longer in Savasana!

Being part of a community. For many of us today, building communities online is our primary way of engaging and interacting. No barriers, no boundaries, just the coming together of likeminded people making yoga so wonderfully special.

The digital world still maintains that very special connection that comes through the practice of yoga. Online still has the power to bring you into the present moment and invite you to show up and dedicate this time to yourself

Access to recorded sessions gives you an expanding library of sessions and the ability to decide what you would like to focus on in your practice. Whether it’s a more active practice, gentle restorative focus, feeling the need to stretch a particular area of the body, being more mindful or learning about the history of our poses.  you have all that choice at a click of the mouse. Being able to choose what you feel like your body truly needs in yoga session is empowering and deeply satisfying.

Feel a little self-conscious in a studio. Online enables you to develop your practice in your own environment and have the support of a teacher right there with you. Whether you are an advanced yogi looking to take your practice to the next level, or if yoga is entirely new to you, having the space to build your own relationship with yoga makes it a deeply personal and nourishing experience.
