I care a lot about our yogi community and pride myself on a personal service for each of my students. Whether you practice regularly, returning to your practice or just beginning, you will be most welcome and catered for in my sessions.
Online
My online classes follow a similar focus but there is more emphasis on you to work at your own pace, you will still have the opportunity to ask about anything you are unsure of and I am available for a chat if you have any concerns.
I will contact you before your first session to talk through in detail the class and your needs, especially if it is your first yoga or online session or both. You will receive an email outlining what to expect when you join one on my lovely sessions and the opportunity to talk to me direct at any time if you have any concerns or questions.
Each week I work on a new theme, sometimes working on a specific part of the body, mindfulness, particular movement or poses. Everything has a focus on our mind body connection and general alignment in our postures. Sessions encourage a connection of movement and breath and always begin with a lovely stretch and finish with either a guided relaxation, meditation or just time to be still (or have a snooze!). Sometimes a faster pace, other times we slow things right down. I love creating different approaches to our practice each week always ensuring there are options depending on how you are feeling in a particular session.
