Take a Beat – day Retreat
A wonderful day of yoga, relaxation and pampering. The full day retreat includes yoga session, yoga Nidra, gong bath, guided meditation and choice of therapeutic treatments.
Set in a tranquil location, includes lunch, refreshments and several optional activities i.e. meditation/boules/colouring. Time to sit and reading a book, walking around the beautiful grounds or simply enjoying some time out in-between yoga and pampering.
I team up with some amazing therapist who offer holistic facials, Indian head massage, reflexology, massage etc….
A day of pure relaxation and pampering not to be missed.

• Yoga Workshop
• Introduction to Alexander technique/applying it to your yoga practice
• Gong Bath
• Surprise treatment (e.g.: Indian head massage, reflexology, neck/shoulder massage, face reflexology)
• Tea and fruit on arrival
• Two course Lunch
• Afternoon Tea and cake
• Refreshments available throughout the day
(A Gong Bath is a totally immersive experience; the sound of the gong engages the mind in such a way that it becomes extremely easy to relax deeply and rest the mind)

• Indian head massage, Reflexology, Face Reflexology, head neck and shoulder massage, hand massage, foot massage.
• Opportunity for mini 121 yoga session with Nina to focus on particular yoga pose or adjustment for injury
