Come and escape your busy weekend for a couple of hours. Enjoy a lovely gentle yoga session including a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) whilst other senses are tapped into with a mini face spritz, pressure point face massage and taster of Thai massage on your legs and feet.
A wonderful way to recharge your energy and have some time for yourself without taking up the whole day.
The event includes:
• 1-hour yoga session – A gentle class aimed at relaxing body and mind, the session will work for anyone new to yoga or current people practising.
• This session will then be followed by a 10 min Yoga Nidra session
• During our Yoga Nidra you will continue to relax and unwind with a soothing herbal eye compress, boost your senses with a hydrating and revitalising face mist
• Rebalance your energy with facial reflexology, a relaxing pressure point mini massage
• Not to be missed out your legs and feet will also be used to free up your energy lines with a taster of Thai yoga massage technique
• We will close our session (for those who are still awake at this point) with a few final postures and some breathing to set you up for the rest of your Saturday.
To ease you back into your day you can stay and enjoy a cup of herbal tea and some biscuits before making your way back to your weekend
