Private 121’s and 221 Sessions
Designed to give you a tailored practice. Working with your body, taking time to work through adjustments, alignment tweaks and tips for your own personal practice. Each session is run with a standard flow, beginning with warm up, middle section is focused on movement, alignment, working generally through poses or focusing on particular postures. Finishing with a lovely relaxation. The sessions can be tailored to your needs at each session.
Private 1-2-1 – "check in" session
Both of these passes give first refusal on the permanent space after the 5/12 weeks, most people opt for this and are now on rolling passes.
121’s – Alignment “check in” session
To support your on line practice. Book a “check in” session to focus on your personal alignment needs.The session will be 30 mins and take more of a practical workshop approach so you get the most out of the session. These sessions differ from a full 121 which takes you through a full practice in addition to giving you time to explore your own personal alignment or adjustment needs.
