Thanks for your interest in my yoga and taking the time to look at my website. I am passionate about life, people, yoga, the planet and my dogs!

I work towards a healthy outlook to body and mind; I believe strongly in the connection of the two. By working with our mind body connection, we can have a much healthier, happier outlook on ourselves and our lives.

Working at your own pace, my classes focus on movement and breath which will release tension and begin to help you relax. You will increase your understanding on how your body moves, increase flexibility and strengthen your body, overall helping you to feel good and ensure your body continues to support you in the way you need it to.

Online Yoga

Online – Freedom to do Yoga anytime, anywhere as often as you like.

Yoga any time any place anywhere! Don’t let your busy life get in the way of your practice, sessions are warm, friendly and open to all levels. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and can choose live sessions as well as access to recorded sessions, so you never have to miss a practice.
